Mind Hacking: Introduction and Practice Primer

  • Mojo Coworking 60 N. Market Street Asheville, NC 28801 United States (map)

This is a workshop is co-led by Vincent Horn and Emily Horn via Buddhist Geeks.

Mind Hacking is a mindset or orientation that begins with the understanding that we can reprogram our inner operating system. In other words that we can transform our human experience--from limited identities, to blocked emotions, to old storylines--using the mind itself.

Over the course of this 2-hour interactive workshop we’ll explore the basics of the mind hacking mindset as well as practice both silent and social forms of meditation. There will be plenty of time for fine-tuning and questions as we journey into a process of hacking the mind, awakening the heart, and rebooting the world.
