Heart Hacking Workshop

  • Co-luminate 69A Biltmore Ave Asheville, NC, 28801 United States

On the contemplative path we learn various skill sets aimed at helping deepen our experience of mindful awareness. In this two hour workshop we’ll focus on the skills related to opening the heart. We’ll explore formal heart practices--or hacks--while also looking at how to bring that open heart into other areas of life.

During our time together we'll do both silent meditation as well as a social form of inquiry. There will be plenty of time for fine-tuning and questions as we journey into a process of hacking the mind, awakening the heart, and rebooting the world.
