Mind Hacking: A 5-Week Buddhist Geeks Practice Series
Kick off the new year by deepening your meditation practice in the company of others. In this series we will focus on developing the five skill sets of Mind Hacking which enable a connection to spacious awareness. Mind Hacking is a ethos that begins with the understanding that we can reprogram our inner operating system. In other words that we can reverse engineer and reprogram our human experience using just the mind itself. The mind training programs that are used in service of this aim include: Concentration, Mindfulness, Heartfulness, Inquiry, & Awareness.
Tuesday Evenings
Week 1, Jan 13th: Concentration
Week 2, Jan 20th: Mindfulness
Week 3, Jan 27th: Heartfulness
Week 4, Feb 3rd: Inquiry
Week 5, Feb 10th: Awareness
Each session will include a guided meditation practice, short talk, and group exercise and/or discussion. You are welcome to drop in for a single session or attend the entire series.
