My Approach

Healing is both solitary and relational. There are parts of the journey that only you can walk—meeting your own body, mind, and heart with courage. Yet modern science confirms what contemplatives have long taught: our brains and nervous systems need mirroring in order to re-wire. We heal most deeply in connection.

My coaching draws from both wisdom traditions and modern science, affirming that we are wired for interconnection. With deep training in Trauma-Informed Insight and Mindfulness Meditation and the integration of somatic experiencing, I guide individuals to break free from stress, heal inherited patterns, and live with greater resilience, clarity, and compassion.
