On this Day of Mindfulness, led by Emily Horn, Ryan Oelke, and Vincent Horn, you'll have the opportunity to dedicate yourself to the practice of mindfulness in your place of choice and with a community of peers. The emphasis of this retreat will be on Connecting to the Source. We will aim to remember again and again to breathe mindfully, connecting to whatever is happening in the present moment. It is here, that we can become the people we seek to be.
