On this Week-Long Meditation Retreat*, led by Emily Horn and Vincent Horn, you'll have the rare opportunity to dedicate yourself to uninterrupted practice in a community of peers. Over the course of the retreat we’ll work on incorporating all aspects of our being, including the body, heart, & mind, into the fold of awakened presence. This full-spectrum presence allows us to more fully respond to the needs of the moment, whatever they may be. The bulk of the retreat will be held in silence, punctuated by periods of teaching, social practice, and private teacher meetings.
*This retreat meets the prerequisite requirement for the Mindfulness Teacher Certification program offered by The Awareness Training Institute and Greater Good Science Center via Sounds True.
On this 4-day Embodied Mindfulness Meditation Retreat, led by Emily Horn and Vincent Horn, you'll have the rare opportunity to dedicate yourself to uninterrupted practice in a community of peers. The emphasis of this retreat will be on the integration of mindful investigation with embodied presence. Here, we’ll focus on incorporating the body into practice, not merely as an object to be aware of, but rather as an intimate living presence that we’re aware through.
On this Day of Mindfulness, led by Emily Horn, Ryan Oelke, and Vincent Horn, you'll have the opportunity to dedicate yourself to the practice of mindfulness in your place of choice and with a community of peers. The emphasis of this retreat will be on Connecting to the Source. We will aim to remember again and again to breathe mindfully, connecting to whatever is happening in the present moment. It is here, that we can become the people we seek to be.
