I've written and recorded mindfulness meditations for The Comfort Ability program offered at Boston Children's Hospital. This program is a fun and interactive one-day event to help adolescents and their parents or caregivers learn how to better manage chronic pain.

I recorded a series of meditations custom made for Guided Meditation VR (one of the most popular virtual reality-based meditation apps).  The Heartfulness series includes 9 meditations to aid you in getting in touch with the expansive dimensions of the heart.  This is done while being immersed in a beautiful visual-sound scape.

I mentor students in The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. This new certification program through the Awareness Training Institute has been in the making for over 30 years. It is the result of the greater need in our world for more qualified mindfulness meditation teachers and the growing popularity of mindfulness, self-compassion, and meditation.
